We will not ship to APO/FPO addresses or to P.O.Boxes.
Although we try our very best to ensure all packages are delivered in a timely manner, once the package has left our possession via the shipping provider, we have no control of how long it will take to be delivered. Delivery delays could include but are not limited to strikes, weather, natural disasters, human error, mechanical malfunction.
Lost or damaged items:
You understand and agree that Fishin' Militia shall not be liable nfor any direct or indirect damages done by any shipping services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk and any damage caused by shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping provider. It is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping provider. we do not assume any responsibility for any lost items or packages lost by the shipping provider.
Return To Sender (RTS) Packages
In the event that an order is returned to us marked Return To Sender the customer will be contacted immediately and a postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Shipping outside of Canada:
Our Prices for shipping do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees that may be assessed in connection with international shipping. If assessed, these charges are levied after your package leaves our possession and are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs Office, the shipping company or others. Rejecting an order due to duties, taxes or fees added to the package once it has left our possessiondoes not entitle the purchaser to a refund or exchange from us and may not avoid the duties, taxes or fees.
Return / Exchange Policy:
Our Goal is to provide our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Any and all shipping & handling fees to return your item will be at your cost. Sorry but if these items are damaged, soiled, worn or washed, it will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
